You do realize that Drucker said [I think properly] of incompetence; “once recognized in a manager or leader, immediately and ruthlessly [his content indicates quickly and without vacillation] remove them, or the organization AND the manager will suffer for it.” He also goes onto to say that in situ training rarely remedies the situation before everyone pays the price.
Last, he recognizes choking [I add kicking] as the last resort. OK, JK.

So he agrees with Machiavelli. I need to go back and re-read The Prince and look for comparisons to this list. Wonder if Lucas read that as BG for Vader..hmmmm.
